Through this action, Plaintiff Casey Ca-gle (“Plaintiff’) seeks relief from Defendants C & S Wholesale Grocers, Inc. (“C & S”) and Tracy Logistics, LLC (“Tracy Logistics”) (collectively “Defendants”) for wage and hour violations of the California Labor Code and California’s Unfair Competition Law, Cal.
