OPINION

This is a proceeding in bastardy which arose in the Juvenile Court, Court of Common Pleas, Franklin County, Ohio, Division of Domestic Relations. A jury trial was had and a5 verdict of guilty was returned. A judgment of guilty was duly • entered and it is from this judgment that this appeal'on ques-> tions of law has been filed.
