This was an action of ejectment to recover lands described in L. C. A. 78 to G. D. Kuaiaia and L. O. A. 8316 to Kamoiki, Boyal Patent 1228, situated at Aipaako, Kunawai, Kapalamauka, Honolulu, Oahu?
