This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court of Sangamon county, sitting in chancery, in a proceeding therein instituted by Hobart S. Horton, complainant, and against Benjamin F. West-lake and Albert Fishall, defendants, praying for an account and relief under the allegations of the bill of complaint.
