Michael Tuitt (“Defendant”) is being prosecuted in connection with the alleged sale of 4.6 grams of cocaine base, ie., crack cocaine, to an undercover government agent in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(b)(1). Together with Khadijah Watt, Defendant was indicted on December 17,1998.
