PER CURIAM: *
General Motors Corporation (“GM”) appeals the district court’s dismissal of its appeal from the bankruptcy court. Be*342cause GM’s appeal was untimely, the district court correctly determined that it lacked appellate jurisdiction over GM’s appeal, and properly dismissed the case. We AFFIRM.
