This is the fifth appeal brought by the respondent, James Buchmiller, during the course of this litigation, which relates to the dissolution of the marriage of the petitioner, Joan Buchmiller, and the respondent/ a practicing attorney. The first four appeals were consolidated (No. 5 — 83—0299) on motion of the respondent and decided in an order of this court filed April 18, 1985, pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 23 (87 Ill. 2d R. 23).
