This appeal involves the proper interpretation of the declaration1 for Harbour Landing, *256an expandable condominium2 (condominium) created pursuant to the Condominium Act of 1976 (act), General Statutes § 47-68a et seq. The defendants, Harbour Landing Condominium Association, Inc.
