COLEMAN, Chief Justice.

This is an action for damages alleging fraud inducing plaintiffs to purchase a franchise or distributorship. A judgment-based on a jury verdict was entered for the plaintiffs for their actual damages. *866An issue finding exemplary damages was disregarded by the court on motion of the defendant.
