Waterfield v. State

Frederick L. Waterfield, Jr. appeals an order of the circuit court which dismissed with prejudice his petition for writ of error coram nobis 1 and Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 motion for postconviction relief. The lower court also dismissed several additional documents that were submitted in conjunction with these filings. We dismiss the appeal in this case and caution appellant that continued abuse of judicial process will result in sanctions.
