Federal Trade Commission v. Primary Group, Inc.

The Federal Trade Commission sued Gail Daniels and her company, The Primary Group, for violating the Federal Trade Commission Act and the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA). The district court ultimately granted the FTC’s motion for summary judgment and entered a judgment against Daniels and Primary Group in the amount of $980,000.
