Following a jury trial, defendant Anthony McNeal was convicted of two counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault and one count each of home invasion, armed robbery, and aggravated criminal sexual abuse. The trial court subsequently sentenced defendant to consecutive terms of 30 years for each count of the aggravated criminal sexual assault and concurrent terms of 20 years for home invasion, 20 years for armed robbery and 6 years for aggravated criminal sexual abuse, but to be served consecutive to the sentences for aggravated criminal sexual assault.
