Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, dated April 15, 1975, convicting him of robbery in the third degree (two counts) and grand larceny in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence upon him as a prior felony offender. Judgment modified, on the law, by vacating the sentence imposed. As so modified, judgment affirmed and case remitted to the County Court for resentencing.
