This appeal is from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Choctaw County affirming an order or judgment of the board of supervisors thereof which had been rendered pursuant to, and in order to carry into effect the result of,an election held under Section 2, Chapter 171, Laws of 1934, to determine whether the transportation, receipt, storage, sale, distribution and manufacture of wine and beer should be discontinued within the county.
