Gary Love (“Appellant”) appeals from his conviction, after a jury trial, of the Class D Felony of unlawful merchandising practice. § 407.020. 1 Appellant was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of three years. He now raises six points of trial court error, discussed below. We affirm.

The sufficiency of the evidence is at issue in this appeal. “The evidence is restated below in the light most favorable to the trial court’s judgment, including all reasonable inferences tending to support that judgment and ignoring all contrary inferences.” State v. Shaw, 847 S.W.2d 768,…
