Kroeger v. Kastner

In 1934 the appellants and the appellee Katherine Kastner entered into á contract and agreement, by the terms of which the appellee purchased 119% acres of land from the appellants, and agreed, as a consideration therefor, to convey to the appellants 18 31/100 acres of land, and to execute a mortgage upon the 119% acres purchased for the balance of the purchase price, amounting to $2,000.
