TARIFF, J.,
Defendant has raised preliminary objections in the nature of a demurrer to plaintiffs complaint in trespass. Defendant’s position is that the personal injuries for which damages are here sought were sustained in the course of plaintiffs employment are therefore conclusively presumed to fall within the coverage of The Workmen’s Compensation Act of June 21, 1915, P.L. 736, as amended 77 PS §§1, et seq., and that hence the present civil action is barred by the operation of that act.
