This is a suit begun in 1904 in the United States commissioner’s court for the Northern district of the Indian Territory to recover $100 and interest on a negotiable note. The plaintiff below obtained judgment, and defendants Brown and Whitaker appealed to the United States Court, where the cause was pending at statehood.
