This action was brought by the appellee, the State of Indiana, against appellants. Appellants Rownd and Gray alone assign errors. Those not waived are as follows: (1) That the complaint does not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action. (2) The court erred in overruling the demurrer of the appellants Robert M.
