This case came on to be heard on July 8, 1987 at a trial before the court. Plaintiff, Ford Motor Credit Company, filed a complaint against defendant, George A. O’Steen, for damages for breach of two vehicle leases. Defendant claimed against Jim Adams Ford, Inc., in a third party complaint for any damages for which defendant might be found liable to plaintiff under the theory of breach of warranty or maintenance contract.
