Stein Steel & Supply Company sued A. M. Franco, a registered professional engineer in the State of Georgia and certain other states, for certain services he had rendered to others as a professional engineer when he was allegedly employed full time by the plaintiff as an engineer, later as its agent and senior vice-president.
