This is a writ of error to the Superior Court of Cook County complaining of a decree of foreclosure of a trust deed, securing the payment of certain notes, entered in said court on June 26, lh95, and is the second time the case has been before this court.
The case below was a bill in chancery filed March 19, 1894, by Thomas B.
