Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County (Donald A. Greenwood, J.), entered February 9, 2011 in a personal injury action. The order, insofar as appealed from, denied the motion of defendants for summary judgment.
It is hereby ordered that the order insofar as appealed from is unanimously reversed on the law without costs, defendants’ motion is granted and the complaint is dismissed.
