PATRICK E. HIGGINBOTHAM, Circuit Judge:

Charles J. Paternostro appeals from his second conviction for violating Corps of Engineers regulations by failing to abide by the terms of his Shoreline. Use permit. Finding no error, we affirm.

Paternostro’s family bought property on Lake Texoma in 1965 and built a boathouse on the property. The boathouse was built pursuant to a permit issued in 1968 by the Corps of Engineers.
