Appeal by the defendant from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Ferdinand, J.), both rendered February 28, 1996, convicting *567him of assault in the second degree, under Indictment No. 11490/94, and manslaughter in the second degree, under Indictment No. 11629/94, upon his pleas of guilty, and imposing sentences.

Ordered that the judgments are affirmed.
