Crane, J. J.
Romaine Brown, of Yonkers, N. Y., died on November 5, 1924, ninety-one years of age. Until within a few weeks of his death he was actively engaged in the real estate business in New York city and Westchester county, conducting it with a will and determination, according to his own plans and ideas. In the buying and selling of real estate, wherein his fortune of over $3,000,000 had been made, he used methods peculiar to himself.
