PER CURIAM: *

Defendants-Appellants the Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government (“Lafayette”), Officer Nolvey Stelly, and Officer Heather Martin appeal from the district court’s denial of qualified immunity in this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and Louisiana law. The appeal comes after the district court granted in part and denied in part a series of motions for summary judgment. Plaintiff-Appellee Joseph Bowman Cormier does not cross-appeal, leaving for this court’s consideration only his § 1983 and state-law claims against Stelly and Martin, and state-law claims against Lafayette…
