After the city of East Moline brought suit against Bracke, Hayes & Miller, architects of a municipal swimming pool, to recover damages arising out of alleged defects in the heating, air conditioning and ventilating system, the architects filed a third-party complaint against Milton Costello and G. L. Raffaelli, engineers for part of the project, seeking pro rosta contribution from them.
