Action to recover tbe value of certain real estate in tbe city of Ornaba of wbicb tbe plaintiff claimed to be the owner, and which be alleged bad been wrongfully taken from him by defendants to bis damage in tbe sum of $10,000, for wbicb be prayed judgment.
