Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Saratoga County (Eidens, J.), rendered June 6, 1995, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of attempted murder in the second degree.

Defendant was charged with the crimes of attempted murder in the first degree (five counts), attempted murder in the second degree (three counts), reckless endangerment in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree (three counts).
