Order insofar as appealed from unanimously reversed on the law without costs and judgment granted in accordance with the following Memorandum: Supreme Court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of defendants Dime Savings Bank of New York FSB and Rochester Community Savings Bank. Defendant Barbara Long signed her mother Lottie Spangenburg’s name to a deed transferring title to her mother’s residence to defendant Long.
