WISDOM, Circuit Judge:
Dr. Kenneth J. Ducote, the Director of Facility Planning for the Orleans Parish School Board, appeals from the district coux’t’s denial of his motion for summax-y judgment based upon qualified immuixity in this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 suit arising out of the School Board’s disqualification of Systems Contractors Corp.’s (Systems) bid to do electrical work at the Robert E. Lee Elementary School. We find that Systems failed to allege the violation of a constitutional right under current law.
