I regret very much that this report must be returned for further proceedings. In a case of this magnitude, with a record so voluminous, I feel at liberty to ask for as much help as can be reasonably obtained, and especially for definite, and precise findings of fact upon controverted questions. [1] Merely to summarize the conflicting testimony upon an important point does not go far enough.
