The opinion in the case of Price v. Anderson, 358 Pa. 209, 56 A. 2d 215, recites many of the facts and much of the law upon which the determination of the present controversy depends.

The block in Philadelphia bounded on the east by 47th Street, on the west by 48th Street, on the north by Spruce Street, and on the south, by Pine Street; extends 500 feet from east to west and 320 feet from north to south.
