Rose v. Dolejs

This is an appeal from a final order of the Trial Court sustaining the counterdefendants Victor Schiller’s and Olga Schiller’s motion to strike the counterclaim of the counterplaintiffs Andrew M. Dolejs and Marie Dolejs, and entering final judgment for the counterdefendants, the counterplaintiffs having elected to stand on their counterclaim. The motion to strike the counterclaim alleged, in substance, that the matters therein were decided adversely to the counterplaintiffs by the Supreme Court on a prior appeal in this same cause, Rose v.
