This is an appeal from an order of the District Court for the District of Massachusetts which dismissed appellants’ (plaintiffs’) complaint. The principal plaintiff, Alwin E. Hopfmann, was an unsuccessful candidate for the Democratic nomination for the office of United States Senator in 1982.
