Plaintiffs, Anthony F. Plazzo and Plazzo Insurance Services, Inc. filed this lawsuit on February 23, 1988 alleging that defendants, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co., Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Co., Nationwide Life Insurance Co., Nationwide General Insurance Co., and Nationwide Property and Casualty Co. wrongfully denied to them retirement benefits pursuant to the terms of the “Agent’s Agreement,” which purports to define the relationship of A.F.
