PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

Plaintiffs United States Telesis, Inc. (“U.S. Telesis”) and Star Direct Telecom, Inc. (“Star Direct”) have brought this action against defendant Global Crossing Bandwidth, Inc. (“Global Crossing”) alleging breach of contract claims, claims under Sections 201 and 202 of the Communications Act, 47 U.S.C. §§ 201 and 202, and various tort claims. (Docket ## 1, 13).
