Nathaniel Lamb appeals from his conviction of rape. Held:

1. Lamb contends that the evidence was insufficient to support a conviction under Jackson v. Virginia, 443 U. S. 307 (99 SC 2781, 61 LE2d 560). The evidence showed that the fourteen-year-old victim had just returned home from school when Lamb, her step-grandfather, came to the door and on a pretext, got the victim to enter the bedroom. Lamb followed her and pushed her onto the bed. Pulling down her pants and underwear, he forcibly “put his penis inside [her] vagina.” The victim did not tell her mother because she had…
