MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

THIS MATTER is before the Court on the defendants' January 17, 1997, Motion to Compel, seeking the examination of Alkione Giovan (Alkione), the plaintiff's daughter, as to matters revealed in *178her presence and thus, presumably not protected by the attorney-client privilege. The Court heard the arguments of counsel on Wednesday, February 5, 1997. The plaintiff was represented by his counsel James Derr, Esq. and the defendants were represented by their counsel Samuel H. Hall, Esq.
