These cases have come before the court on four related motions. The first three are motions of U.S. Bank, N.A., (“the Bank”) requesting enforcement of the debtors’ election to perform under § 1110(a) of the Bankruptcy Code (Title 11, U.S.C.) with respect to three aircraft in their possession. Specifically, the Bank seeks immediate payment, as an administrative expense, of all obligations arising before and during the administration of these cases under the financing agreements governing the three aircraft.
