ROBB, Chief Judge.

Case Summary and Issue

Robert Lawrence Albores, Jr., appeals his conviction of murder, a felony. Al-bores raises one issue for our review: whether the trial court abused its discretion by refusing to give his proposed jury instruction regarding the presumption of innocence.
