OPINION
GARBARINO, Judge.
The juvenile appeals from the court’s order transferring him for adult criminal prosecution. He contends that the juvenile court denied his right under the Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution to confront and cross-examine the probation officer who authored the trans*265fer report. He further contends that the juvenile court failed to comply with Rule 14(a) of the Arizona Rules of Procedure for the Juvenile Court.
