Before the Court are three motions for summary judgment filed by Valerie Harris, Noxubee County, and Betty Robinson. Docket Nos. 40, 43, 45. Additionally, Robinson seeks leave to file a motion for judgment on the pleadings and Harris seeks leave to supplement her response in opposition. Docket Nos. 58, 61. The parties all argue that there is no genuine dispute as to any material fact in this case; the Court agrees.
