Appellant, Jose Vargas, appeals from the judgment of sentence entered on February 6, 2012, as made final by the denial of Appellant’s post-sentence motion on April 13, 2012. Although we affirm Appellant’s convictions, we must vacate Appel*861lant’s judgment of sentence and remand for resentencing.
