*292 {¶ 1} Respondent, John A. McNally IV, of Youngstown, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0067328, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1996.

{¶ 2} In a complaint certified to the Board of Professional Conduct on February 14, 2017, relator, Mahoning County Bar Association, alleged that McNally committed multiple ethical violations while serving as a Mahoning County Commissioner in 2006 and 2007.
