MEMORANDUM ON FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCE

The controversy before the Court is an adversary proceeding brought by the plaintiff, Sampco Incorporated against the debt- or, Myron Snyder, his wife, Inez Snyder, Richard G. Kagan, who is the Court-appointed trustee in bankruptcy, and the Framingham Trust Company. All of the defendants have submitted answers, in addition, Inez Snyder has submitted three memoranda and the plaintiff, a post-trial memorandum.
