MEMORANDUM OPINION
LAMBERTH, District Judge.
This matter comes before the court on the various motions filed in this case by the parties after remand from the Court of Appeals. On May 2, 1997, plaintiffs filed a Motion to Amend Complaint. On June 6, 1997, defendant filed a Motion for a More Definite Statement and a Motion to Dismiss the Amended Complaint.
