Tbe leading object of the bill in this case is, to establish for the infant complainant, Judah Touro Robertson, an equitable partnership interest with Albert Stein in the Mobile water-works ; and, if this object fail, to establish for the same complainant a resulting trust in certain funds invested by his father in those works.
