Cross appeals from an order of the Family Court of Albany County (Maney, J.), entered April 26, 1995, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4, for an order of child support.
Petitioner commenced this proceeding in September 1994 to obtain child support in accordance with the provisions of Family Court Act § 413 for the parties’ daughter, who was then 19 years old.
